We had a total of 42 responses which are summarized below.

The above chart shows the breakdown of votes - the last (right hand column, titled "Average Rating") is the most complete way to interpret all the votes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd choices (the lowest score being the first choice). As you will see, both Savannah and Washington have the same number of first place votes - but with the second place votes totals in favor of Savannah the final results make Savannah the first choice of those who responded.
